Just back from work and feel very sad after read an email from my ex-company.
One of previous senior lead was being terminated by company due to some reason..
Sad..very sad..I put in a lot of effort to convince him to buck up on work when i was still there..but still end up with termination after months..
He used to be excellent in work and able to lead a team when the supervisor is not around, but who knows situation turn worse after he got married and start gambling..
Mm..i failed this time..
